KANNAPOLIS – Kannapolis firefighters fought to put out heavy flames and smoke at a house on Hilltop Drive late Tuesday night.
The fire fully engulfed the single story house, leaving it uninhabitable.
Firefighters from Enochville, Landis, Odell and Concord helped extinguish the flames.
The cause of the fire is still unknown and remains under investigation. Kannapolis Fire investigators planned on returning to the home Wednesday morning.
Firefighters said there were no injuries.
