ROWAN COUNTY – The Enochville Fire and Rescue of Rowan county recently added this unit to their fleet.
It was on display for the department’s annual open house. The open house was held in October and the citizens were able to attend a demonstration of the new extrication tools that are now housed on R-49.
There many activities for all ages, but the highlight of the day was the new apparatus and the extrication display.
The department recently purchased the 2001 Pierce Rescue Engine.
